BRENTWOOD— Starting this week Tavern now serves breakfast Mon-Fri 8-10:30a. Butter-crumbed eggs with arugula and soft polenta, anyone? [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN— From Vivere to Promenade, and now on to First And Hope. So goes it at 710 W. 1st Street. [EaterWire]
