Fairmont Spectacular Sale About to Bid Farewell

Few things brighten the eyes more than the mention of the word "mimosa"; and few places remind us of the classic Sunday morning bev than a Fairmont hotel.
You know the scene: Something orange-y and slightly effervescent in a flute, possibly an egg dish or brioche adjacent to the flute, a spray of flowers within mere feet of the flute. And just past the flute: views. Ocean views, mountain views, watching people on vacation in resort wear relax over mimosas, too. Which reminds you of your mimosa, which you return to.
Making it easier for us to make a juice-champagne connection is the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts "Spectacular Sale," which wraps on Monday, July 27th at 11:59PM Eastern. The deal depends on the property -- some of the hotels are doing a third night free, some a fourth -- and there are different times of the week/weekend that the sale is available, too.
Copley Plaza's on the list; that is one shimmery chandelier of a hotel. And the roster includes several choices in California, including San Francisco and Sonoma. We're just thinking that if people have not done a summer vacation this year -- even a quickie, no-one's-taking-a-vacation-due-to-the-state-of-things getaway -- the time is nigh. After all, August starts in mere days, and after that, fall's practically here.
