Gwyneth Paltrow names La Scala's chopped salad as one of her must-eat dishes in LA. What else made the GOOP list?

  • No surprise that Gwyneth Paltrow is a Mozza fan (she's famously, let's-make-a-TV-show-together friendly with Mario Batali). But we had no idea she went for the wee tacos at Loteria at Farmers Market. We're rather obsessed with those luscious beauties, too, especially the potato-y/creme fraiche-y ones. The Oscar winner names more of her favorite spots around Los Angeles in this week's GOOP newsletter.

  • The Hundreds (cool street wear) and Walt Disney Company (theme park wonderlands) are pairing up on a line of clothing inspired by Peter Pan's whimsical Lost Boys; the line previews December 11 at the LA and SF stores. Want to get a deal on more togs from The Hundreds? Mega sale this Saturday, December 13.

  • Merrill Schindler considers Bastide and all its permutations. We're just very sorry we never tried the now-shelved poulet-and-Pepsi dish (complete with popcorn on the side). We've heard of root beer chicken, but Pepsi? Something inside us wants to high five that idea.

  • New Year's party round-ups are arriving fast and festive, which makes us wonder if we should wrap up the whole Thanksgiving leftover thing. You can still eat the jiggly cranberry like two weeks later, right?
