Man Arrested After Calling 911 to Moan About Broken iPhone

It's safe to assume the police have better things to do than listen to a grown man whine about his busted iPhone.

But after Michael Skopec called 911 multiple times because he was unhappy with his Apple toy, the cops traced the call and went after him. The 48-year-old Illinois man was arrested around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Smoking Gun.

"Sheriff's Deputies were investigating a Disorderly conduct where the subject had called 911 on five occasions to report that his IPHONE was not working," a Kendall County police report states. "During the investigation Skopec was arrested for obstructing/resisting a peace officer."

Skopec has a court date in November for the misdemeanor charge.
