Some social networking geeks may have seen some of the finest fruits yet of the Facebook-Skype friendship.
The two companies formalized a relationship last October after months of speculation. But Wednesday some Facebook users reported seeing a "call" button on some of their friends profile pages.
Engadget reports clicking on the button didn't actually lead to anything and thoughts about what the button might actually be for are mere speculation at this point.
But the suspicion is that Skype may be returning Facebook's favor of allowing the VoIP to integrate the Facebook News Feeds and phone book into its video calling software.
Skype may possibly be integrating its phone calling ability into Facebook's profile pages. The move would make sense and consummate a powerful union between the two companies.
