DOODADS WITH OOMPH: While we wouldn't call Shine Gallery, a store in Farmers Market, a gag shop exactly, we would call it a feast for the funny bone. It's packed with actual retro doodads, which is pretty rare when you think about it, since little toys and strange knickknacks don't always survive the decades. Owner Bernie Shine is throwing an April Fools' party on Thursday, April 1, complete with whoopie cushions and the like. APRIL FOOLING: The party's at 7 p.m., at Shine at Farmers Market.
