HOT HANDBAGS: There's a lot going on at the Junior Drake Warehouse Sale, which is happening over a good long three days at 740 E. 60th Street. Purses and clutches and totes very much on sale (not on sale the prices can run from say $98 for a Roxanne wristlet on up) are the beginning. There will also be a wheel-spinning, for prizes, if you drop $150+. CLUTCHES GALORE: The dates are March 12-14; a new satchel for spring, perhaps?
