WARM DAYS TUNIC WEAR: Even after years and years of lovely LA living, it is still remarkable that a person can wake up in the middle of February and think, "I need a sundress." And the person isn't thinking that they want a sundress for down the road. They're thinking they'd like to wear it asap. We had that thought on this fine mid-Feb day, and we very shortly afterwards found ourselves at Plum Pretty Sugar, looking at this pretty tunic dress, which can also be a top.
