APRIL 16: That's the first 2011 for Project Dinner Table, that Las Vegas-based dinner go-around that paired well-known local chefs from around Sin City with curious diners eager to try new presentations and the best local ingredients. Oh, and all in an offbeat location, like a baseball field or orchard, too. The thematic meals perfectly suit Las Vegas, of course, a city known for embracing the unusual and elegant in dining and all be-entertained pursuits. No chefs have yet been announced -- those names will follow in about a month, and bet there will be several showings from the kitchens of the big hotels -- but six dates have been put on the calendar.
