NBC4 Southern California has been a part of the East Los Angeles Mexican Independence Day Parade for more than 10 years, and returned on Sunday, September 7, 2014 to join the celebration once again.
Riding in a blue convertible in the parade was NBC4’s "Today in LA" weekday morning newscast Co-Anchor Daniella Guzman. She was joined by NBC4 Weekend Co-anchor Kathy Vara and Sports Anchor and Reporter Mario Solis.
