    NBC4 Kicks Off The Wishing Tree: Make Wishes for Someone Deserving
    On December 12, 2016 of The Wishing Tree at Universal CityWalk, NBC4 granted Maria Williams' wish for her brother to receive relief on his mortgage payments since he's dedicated his life to taking care of their ailing parents full-time. NBC4 is paying Jose's mortgage for four months.

    NBC4 is granting your holiday wishes for someone you know through "The Wishing Tree," holiday event.  Beginning November 21 - December 15, the public is invited to pay it forward by making a wish for someone deserving using the entry form here.

     Each weeknight from December 12-16, NBC4 will grant wishes live on-air starting at 6 p.m. with Weathercaster Fritz Coleman, revealing the wishes from Universal CityWalk 5 Towers Plaza.
     
    The public is invited to join NBC4 for the festivities and wish reveal of The Wishing Tree at CityWalk next to the decorative trees and post photos and videos on social media by tagging @NBCLA and using hashtag #NBC4You. Admission to Universal CityWalk is free.
     
    For daily highlights of The Wishing Tree, viewers can watch NBC4’s Today in LA at 4:30-7 a.m., and NBC4 News at 11 a.m. and 4, 5 and 6 p.m.
