NBC4 Reporter Patrick Healy emceed the Water Replenishment District (WRD) of Southern California's 7th Annual "Treasure Beneath Our Feet" Groundwater Festival on March 15th, 2014, in Lakewood, California where thousands of people attended and enjoyed more than 40 environmental exhibits, educational activities, and useful information about water conservation.
Groundwater Ambassador Awards were given to Congresswoman Janice Hahn and Assemblyman Anthony Rendon for their attention to local water issues.
