Panel Discusses LGBT Media Coverage

A panel discussion that includes journalists, activists and actors including Jason Stuart and Alexis Arquette will convene on November 14 in Hollywood to discuss a myriad of  topics during the LGBTs In The News panel series. The subjects covered will include the moral obligation for reporters to "out" a closeted individual, the use of the term "gay" when referencing women and bisexual individuals, the Defense of Marriage Act, and many others.

The event takes place at the Los Angeles Press Club's Steve Allen Theater and begins at 6:30 p.m. Members of the media and the general public are invited.
