The SKECHERS Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist high school seniors who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. The Foundation is pleased to announce that $100,000 in scholarship funds will be awarded to high school students in need nationwide.
Applications must be submitted on or before April 18, 2017, or within the first 300 applications submitted, whichever occurs first.
Students will be chosen based on financial need, academic performance, athletic abilities and leadership qualities. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 per available scholarship.
The application is currently available to all high school seniors who meet the eligibility requirements . Students may apply for one scholarship per year.
Award recipients will be notified via email on or before June 5. Those that are selected to receive a scholarship will receive payment directly to their university.
