Alexandra Kerry will not face criminal charges for an arrest earlier this month, according to Los Angeles prosecutors.
The daughter of Sen. John Kerry was arrested in Hollywood Nov. 19 on suspicion of DUI, People Magazine reported.
On Monday, L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said, "We reviewed the arrest report and have declined to file criminal charges due to insufficient evidence."
TMZ.com reported that Kerry's blood alcohol level was .06, which is under the legal limit of .08.
"The City Attorney typically doesn't prosecute cases with a .06 ... so the decision to reject the case is pretty routine," according to TMZ.
