Chicago Vocalist Catches Perez Hilton's Eye
Ethan Boroian catches blogger's attention after "X-Factor" performance

Chicago has a new rising star and Perez Hilton already called dibs on him.
Chicago native Ethan Boroian caught the blogger's eye while auditioning on Simon Cowell’s show X-Factor.
“Not only can he sing, but he’s sooooo dreamy,” Perez Hilton wrote on his blog on Saturday.
For the audition, the 19-year-old Boroian chose to sing Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody.”
Before his performance, Boroian tweeted he was “crazy nervous.”
After his TV debut, the singer is now all over the web. His Facebook page has almost 3,000 fans, he has over 2,000 followers on Twitter and his MySpace page is constantly updated with news and pictures.
His musical background includes a lot of blues and jazz, especially after his first band, “Jona’s Basement,” broke up in 2003. He’s currently living in England and studying at the Royal Holloway University of London.
We sure hope to see Boroian succeed and come back home soon. We’re sure Perez would appreciate having him on this side of the ocean.
