You don't have to break the bank to look great this Summer. Take a cue from savvy stars like Rachel Bilson, Ashlee Simpson and Paris Hilton, who are all fans of cheap chic cosmetics line Wet 'n Wild.

I challenged Heather Cummings, the Key Makeup Artist on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance," to create an entire makeup look for $25. She did just that… buying six products AND she had a whole six cents to spare!

FOR THE SKIN:
First, start off by applying a foundation. Choose a color that most closely matches your skin type. Measure the foundation to about the size of a nickel and apply with a foundation brush or clean fingers, only where needed. FOR THE EYES:

Go over the tips of your lashes with the applicator or a fan brush to give lashes an extra boost!
