Celebrity Twitpics: Demi Lovato's Bikini Bod

It takes a lot of courage, or at least a bit of narcissism, to tweet a picture of yourself in a bikini. Demi Lovato did just that, saying, "I've been working so hard to get healthy and fit. I can't believe I'm about to do this but I'm so excited." The Disney star has struggled in the past with eating disorders.
