A 25-year-old dancer who lived at Neverland Ranch and was referred to by the Jackson family as "Michael J" is rumored to be the King of Pop's fourth child, according to reports.

Omer Bhatti, 25, bares an uncanny resemblance to Michael Jackson's youngest son, Prince II, and was sitting next to Jackson's father, Joe, and his siblings in the front row at the Los Angeles memorial service on July 7.

Speculation is swirling that Bhatti -- who went by the name "Michael J" as a kid and lived at Neverland Ranch during the '90s -- is the result of an affair between Jackson and the boy's mother, Pia, in 1984.

"He looked so much like Michael, especially when he was younger," a family friend told MSNBC. "We have every reason to believe it's his son."

Bhatti, whose parents worked at the fabled California ranch, lived at Neverland until about 2000, according to MSNBC.

But Jackson biographer Stacy Brown refutes the claim that Bhatti is Jackson's "secret son" -- saying Pia was Jackson's nanny and that the two never hooked up.

"Michael took him (Bhatti) in and took his parents in, he would travel the world with him," Brown told ABC News. "He lived at Neverland for a long time and moved out when Michael left Neverland."

But in 2004, an unnamed source quoted in USmagazine said Jackson was the father.

"He was the kid who fawned over Michael Jackson on a trip overseas, so he became one of Michael's 'little friends,'" a former associate told ABC News.

"When Michael met a new friend the parents often came along. His parents worked at Neverland for a while. It wasn't Michael's kid. This elaborate 'Billy Jean' scenario is ridiculous. Don't you think he would turn up in the will?"

He is now an aspiring rapper and dancer who goes by the stage name O-Bee.
