Pauly Shore Sues Brother for Stake in Family's Comedy Store

Pauly Shore has filed a lawsuit suit against his brother, Peter Shore, claiming he was "improperly" removed from the board of directors from his family's business, The Comedy Store in Hollywood, which the Shore family owns and runs.

According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, Pauly claims that Mitzi Shore's battle with Parkinson's Disease has, "rendered her susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and undue influence."

In the suit, Pauly also claims his brother has failed to produce company tax returns and monthly cash flow reports from the last 36 months.

Pauly is asking for a jury trial in the matter.

A rep for Pauly told RadarOnline.com, "This is a personal family matter that will be handled privately."
