The star will show off his culinary athletics in the new daytime series "What Would Brian Boitano Make?" which premieres on Sunday, August 23 on Food Network.
But it won't just be another kitchen-based show – Brian will be cooking for an all-girl roller derby squad and playing matchmaker for a friend, among other promised "unpredictable" antics, according to the network.
