Olympic Gymnast Aly Raisman Thanks Taylor Swift for Support

Olympian Aly Raisman tweeted she's a fan of Taylor Swift's hit song 22 because she is also 22

"Final Five" gymnast Aly Raisman is in a rare club as a three-time Olympic gold medalist and it looks like she might be angling to be the newest member of Taylor Swift's squad, too.

The Grammy–winning singer-songwriter tweeted— for the first time since July— to congratulate the U.S. women’s gymnastics team on their gold medal performance.

“Sending my biggest congratulations to Simone, Aly, Laurie, Gabby and Madison! YOU DID IT GIRLS!! #FinalFive,” Swift wrote.

Raisman responded by indicating she was a big Swift fan.

“I <3 your song 22 because I'm 22 hehe... And next time you're in Boston lets go shopping,” she tweeted.

Swift wasn’t the only celebrity the gymnast tweeted at. After Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers tweeted he was watching the competition, Raisman thanked him and said she was a big fan of the super bowl champion’s girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn.

Simone Biles' self-proclaimed crush Zac Efron also tweeted a photo of himself shortly after the team’s win. Efron posed in front of a photo of Biles, Raisman, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez and Madison Kocian with his hands in a heart shape.

Raisman and Biles will next compete against each other in the individual all-around final Thursday afternoon.
