Christina Aguilera Returning to ‘The Voice' for Season 10

Who says you can never go home again? Christina Aguilera is returning to "The Voice" for season 10. Aguilera will sit alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams when the NBC reality series kicks off its tenth season in February.

"The coaches on 'The Voice' continue to bring incredible energy, unrivaled musical expertise and a want-to-win attitude that makes for the perfect ingredients of a two-time Emmy-winning show," Paul Telegdy, president of late night and alternative programming at NBC Entertainment. "We can't wait to see what season 10 will bring."

Aguilera stopped by "Today" where she discussed her new album. "I've been loosely working and sort of accumulating ideas of what my next album will be over the last couple of years," she said. "I'm excited for my fans to finally be getting something from me, it's been a while."

Gwen Stefani is currently sitting in "The Voice's" red swivel chair alongside Levine, Shelton and Pharrell. Aguilera, who has sold more than 30 million albums and taken home six Grammy Awards, is one of the original "Voice" coaches.

Can she defeat the boys club and get one of her team members crowned winner? Tune in in February to find out.

"The Voice" airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
