Jared Leto and Jimmy Fallon shared private thoughts while having an intense staredown on Thursday’s episode of “The Tonight Show.”

But first, the Thirty Seconds to Mars singer talked about a photo of himself that went viral.

Leto Instagrammed a photo of himself hugging a tree, which inspired a meme called “#JaredHugginLeto.”

Fallon showed the audience hilarious examples of the meme. The photos feature the actor hugging Angelina Jolie and President Barack Obama’s face.

Finally, Fallon and Leto stared at each other and shared their deepest thoughts in pre-recorded audio.

"Sexual energy emanates from my epidermis, I smell of ocean birds," Leto said.

"I am a snow leopard, my grunts are my music,” Fallon replied.
