WATCH: Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Joe Biden Cavort Around Washington, D.C.

What do you get you when you team up a fictional Vice President with the real-life VP? Comedy gold.

That's just what folks attending Saturday's White House Correspondents' Dinner were treated to in a 7-minute short that was shown prior to President Barack Obama taking the stage.

In the video, Julia Louis-Dreyfus stars as her "Veep" character Selina Meyer, who winds up getting into a bit of mischief with the help of none other than Vice President Joe Biden and his yellow (yes, yellow) Corvette.

The two are first seen sneaking into the White House, where they make their way into the kitchen to scarf down a bunch of ice cream, only to be caught and reprimanded by Michelle Obama herself.

They then head over to the Washington Post offices to create a few made-up headlines like "Biden Real Brains of Operation, Obama Discloses," before cruising to a tattoo parlor, where they bump into Nancy Pelosi. (Naturally.)

As their evening starts to wind down, Selina puts a call into House Speaker John Boehner, who can be seen watching a video of a bamboo-eating panda. (What else, right?)

Oh, and there's a pretty sweet jab at "House of Cards'" Kevin Spacey that you just gotta see.

Seriously. Somebody get these two their own show ASAP!
