Paul Walker's Funeral: Family and Loved Ones Say Final Goodbyes to Late Actor

Paul Walker has been laid to rest.

Family and loved ones of the late actor gathered to say their final goodbyes in a private service at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday, Dec. 14.

"The Fast and Furious" star's remains were cremated and his ashes were interred at the well-known cemetery. The ceremony was non-denominational.

Those in attendance included his father Paul Walker Sr., his mother Cheryl Walker, his brothers Caleb Walker and Cody Walker, as well as other family members and close friends.

An American flag was tri-folded and displayed during the brief ceremony.

Another private gathering is being held for family and friends at an as-yet undisclosed location in addition to the funeral. The larger gathering will still be invitation-only and no media or press will be allowed in.

A week ago, thousands of fans packed the site where Walker and business partner Roger Rodas were killed Nov. 30 in a single-car crash for a public memorial.

A parade of cars, many of them suped up "Fast & Furious"-style, paraded through the area. A number of mourners, some who made the pilgrimage from other states, told reporters at the scene that Walker and the Fast movies had inspired their own love of cars and racing and they didn't want to miss the chance to pay tribute to him.
