Susan Boyle ‘Fine' After Police Incident at Heathrow

Susan Boyle's spokeswoman says the singer is at home and fine after an incident involving the police at London's Heathrow Airport.

British media reported that the "I Dreamed a Dream" singer was led away by officers after creating a disturbance at the airport on Monday.

London's Metropolitan Police said officers were called "around 1:20pm (1220 GMT) on Monday April 25 to a lounge in Terminal 5, Heathrow to reports of a distressed woman. Officers attended and spoke with the woman."

Spokeswoman Nicola Phillips said Boyle was at home in Scotland Tuesday and "she is fine."

The 55-year-old singer was diagnosed with Asperger's a few years ago, and Phillips said the syndrome had "a huge part to play in the situation."
