Taylor Swift's whirlwind romance with One Direction cutie Harry Styles isn't the only thing making headlines for the superstar.
The 23-year-old Red singer was named the No. 1 "celeb gone good" for 2012 on DoSomething.org's most charitable stars of the year list.

Two main things stood out for the young performer. Swift was recognized for donating a whopping $4 million to the Country Hall of Fame museum and was also the youngest person to receive the Ripple of Hope Award from the Robert F. Kennedy Center for her charitable efforts.
Taking the No. 2 spot was another young singer--Miley Cyrus!
The soon-to-be Mrs. Liam Hemsworth was honored for her promotion of Saving Spot! Rescue, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a home for dogs from high-kill shelters, along with raising awareness for other charitable organizations like Save The Music Foundation, the Starkey Hearing Foundation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
