iHeartRadio Music Awards to Honor Justin Timberlake, Year's Top Artists

The 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards turns up the volume Sunday night with a live telecast on NBC featuring and celebrating the recording industry's biggest names, including Justin Timberlake who will be presented with the Innovator Award.

Hosted by Jamie Foxx, the three hour ceremony from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles will showcase the year's most popular artists and songs determined by the iHeartRadio chart and fan voting through iHeartRadio stations. 

Iggy Azalea and Sam Smith lead the nominations with five apiece, while Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift both received four nominations. With Luke Bryan, they are all up for Artist of the Year.

Azalea and Smith will also face off in the best new artist category along with Bastille, Cole Swindell and Meghan Trainor.

The evening will include performances by Rihanna, Azalea, Smith, Madonna, Jason Aldean, Trainor, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson, Snoop Dogg, Charlie Wilson, Nate Ruess, Alesso and Florida Georgia Line along with appearances from Taylor Swift and others. iHeartRadio also promises the ceremony will feature unexpected collaborations.

Multiple Grammy- and Emmy-winner Timberlake is set to receive the prestigious iHeartRadio Innovator Award in recognition of his contributions to the music industry and his ability to cross entertainment genres including singing, songwriting, acting and live performing.

One of the most followed people on social media, Timberlake has more than 95 million followers across all his platforms. Released in 2013, Timberlake's "20/20 Experience" was the best-selling album of that year and has to date sold in excess of five million albums and 15 million tracks.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards airs live from 8-11 p.m. ET/PT on Sunday, March 29 on NBC.
