Porn Actress to LA Firefighters: “I'm Sorry”

“I just want to say I am soooo sorry to the fire fighters involved"

The actress who appeared in porn movies allegedly involving the Los Angeles Fire Department has apologized to the firefighters for her role in the filming.

A story NBC4 broke earlier this week reported  that some LA firefighters allegedly allowed producers of two porn movies to shoot sex scenes with their engines as props.

In one movie, porn actress Charley Chase climbs onto LA Fire Engine 263 and performs lewd acts.

“I just want to say I am soooo sorry to the fire fighters involved," Chase wrote on her website. "It was not my intentions for any one to get hurt or fired…it was just a fun day.”

Chase also wrote that “news people bend and twist” what really happened, and that firefighters “were NOT involved in us invading the truck” for the porn shoot.

But firefighters assigned to Engine 263 have yet to explain how the porn actress got free access to their truck for several minutes.

Department policy says “apparatus must be kept in sight at all times” by firefighters, and they must “operate apparatus in a way that does not compromise the reputation of the department.”

The LA Fire Department’s Professional Standards Division is conducting an investigation to determine whether firefighters did in fact allow the porn producers access to their engines.

The LAFD says that would be a violation of department policy. “The fire chief is adamant about addressing the issue, finding out what took place,” said Tina Haro, LAFD spokeswoman Tina Haro.

Chase wrote on her website that she hoped the publicity would die down quickly. “I am excited for it to all blow over," Chase wrote. "Especially the firefighters case.”

But that’s not likely to happen anytime soon.

The LAFD says there could be a lot of witnesses interviewed in its investigation, and it could take months to complete.

The department, and Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, have said any firefighters found to have allowed the porn producers access to their engines will be disciplined.

Messages sent to Chase seeking comment through her Facebook page and her website were unanswered.
