Judge Tells Sandra Bullock Stalker to Stay Away

A judge Monday issued a temporary stay-away order on behalf of Sandra Bullock against the same man who the Oscar-winning actress accused of stalking her once before.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson issued the directive against 41-year-old Thomas Weldon. A previous order against him expired last year.

Weldon allegedly showed turned up in Wyoming last month and said he had driven there in order to meet Bullock at a home she keeps in that state.

The previous orders were issued after he made similar attempts to meet Bullock, who won a best-actress Oscar earlier this year for her work in "The Blind Side,'' according to court papers.

The 45-year-old actress recently relocated from the Southland to Texas, where she was recently granted a divorce from ex-"Monster Garage'' host Jesse James.
