Two Wounded in Hollywood Shooting

The shooting may have been the result of a domestic dispute

Two people were shot Thursday in Hollywood in an officer involved shooting, LAPD officials said.

The incident occurred just before 2 p.m. at 1210 N. Las Palmas Ave. in Hollywood, said Sgt. Charles Slater of the LAPD's Hollywood station.

"There was a shooting and there are multiple victims," said LAPD Officer Norma Eisenman. "We cannot confirm that an officer was involved."

According to the LA Times, Police believe the incident involved some type of a domestic disturbance, but the exact circumstances are not clear.
