Mars, Boss, Olla and Hebe arrived at LAX on a Thanksgiving Eve flight. The four dogs got new homes, in a new land, thanks to the Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue.  "The dogs would have died on the streets of Taiwan , if we didn't help them", said Barbara Davis, President of GRCGLA Rescue.

All the dogs were either abandoned or abused. One was found stabbed in the back, but fortunately recovered. All looked fine after emerging from their pet carriers after a long flight.

"No problem getting them adopted, we have more homes on our pet adoption list, than dogs right now", one volunteer said.

In all, the L.A. group has placed 25 Taiwan dogs into homes in Southern Califonria.
