One person was killed and six people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash near Hollywood Hills Monday night, police said.
The accident, which involved three vehicles, occurred just before 11 p.m. near the intersection of Cahuenga and Barham Boulevards, next to the 101 Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
A 25-year-old woman died at the scene and six people were transported to hospitals with moderate-to-critical injuries, according to the LAPD.
The cause of the crash was unknown.
The intersection of Cahuenga and Barham Boulevards was expected to remain closed while authorities investigated the crash.
