A 13-year-old Murrieta boy who disappeared Tuesday was found unharmed Saturday, and his biological parents were arrested.

Fontana residents David and Marie Calleros, also known as Lupe Marie Mata, were booked on suspicion of kidnapping their biological son, Adrian David Calleros. The couple has no legal custody of the boy, said Riverside Sheriff's Sgt. Michael Hatfield.

The San Bernardino Sheriff's Department found the couple in Highland at 3 p.m. Saturday and took them in for questioning. That led deputies to a house on the 41700 block of San Francisco Street in Highland, where they found the boy, said Hatfield.

The boy disappeared around 2 p.m. Tuesday after telling his adoptive parents he was going skateboarding at a local park. The boy was adopted at three years old, said the sergeant.

Adrian and his parents recently moved to Murrieta and the boy re-established contact with his biological parents before the alleged kidnapping, according to Hatfield.

The investigation is ongoing.
