The driver of a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the 15 Freeway in San Bernardino County was killed in a fiery head-on crash with a big rig.
Lanes were closed early Wednesday on the northbound 15 Freeway near Baseline Road in the community of Etiwanda. The driver of a passenger vehicle was headed south in the northbound lanes before the collision with a big rig, according to the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department.
The truck driver was not injured in the 5:30 a.m. crash.
