Three people, including a 16-year-old boy, were shot at a party in Venice early Sunday, officials said.
The shooting was reported around 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of Sixth Street and San Juan Avenue, according to the Los Angele Police Department.
The shooting occurred when multiple suspects drove up in a sedan and fired shots before driving away, LAPD said.
Officials said a 16-year-old male was shot in the arm, a 19-year-old female was shot in the leg and a third victim, whose gender and age were unknown, suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
All victims were transported to a hospital and are expected to survive.
A motive was unknown, officials said.
Editor's Note: In an earlier version of this story, LAPD's Pacific Division told NBC4 that the shooting occurred at an Airbnb rental property according to statements provided by those throwing the party. An Airbnb spokesman said that while the property has been rented out in the past, it was not currently rented out during the party.
