Great Scott! 89 Pairs of ‘Back to the Future' Sneakers Are Being Raffled Off

All proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's disease research

The self-lacing sneakers Marty McFly donned in "Back to the Future Part II" are primed for limited release, and some lucky fans have a chance to win a pair by summoning Alexander Hamilton.

Nike is raffling off 89 pairs through an online draw. Each ticket costs $10, and there is no limit to the amount of tickets that can be purchased. Entries can be made in the Nike app or through Nike.com.

The 2016 limited-edition Nike Mag shoes have embedded white laces that electronically cinch with the press of a button. They also include blue neon lights on the sides and heels.

The worldwide draw began Oct. 4 and will end Oct. 11. Winners will be notified Oct. 17.

All proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's disease research. The shoemaker first partnered with the foundation in 2011, when an auction of the shoe raised $10 million in 10 days.
