Two Girls Found, Amber Alert Canceled

An Amber Alert was canceled Saturday morning after two girls were found in good condition in Corona.

The Amber Alert had been issued out of Pomona on Friday night for two girls, 2 and 4 years old, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The suspect, 43-year-old Pete Valencia Adame, called CHP to surrender, according to the Pomona Police Department.

The alleged abduction of 4-year-old Aurora Akira Adame and 2-year-old sister Valarie happened about 7 p.m., Pomona police said.

Aurora was wearing a pink shirt with a heart on it, and spandex pants in a cheetah print. Valarie was wearing a white shirt with flowers on the shoulders and black pants, police said.

Officials were looking for a grey 2014 Jeep Patriot with California plate #7CJF267.

A mobile alert had been sent about 11:30 p.m. Friday
