Nwanyanwu was involved in a parking dispute with a woman, police said.

That woman then made a phone call and summoned a family member, who police believe is Staten.

Nwanyanwu went inside the check cashing store and when he walked out, he was approached by a man.

Surveillance footage shows Staten allegedly approaching Nwanyanwu in the parking lot, punching him and then running from the area, police said.
