One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash in in the North Hills area early Thursday.
The crash occurred around 6 a.m. at the intersection of Parthenia Street and Haskell Avenue.
Authorities were investigating whether the crash may have occurred because one of the vehicles ran a red light, said Sgt. Richard Brunson of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The driver of a Chevrolet Blazer SUV was killed in the wreck, police said.
The intersection was closed as authorities investigated the wreck.
