Authorities Wednesday released surveillance photos of the ``Balding Bandit,'' who has robbed three banks in La Mirada since May.

Authorities Wednesday released surveillance photos of the "Balding Bandit,'' who has robbed three banks in La Mirada since May.

   The latest crime occurred on Tuesday at Banco Popular. The suspect, described as a white man in his 50s with a receding hairline, also robbed Chase bank branches on May 14 and July 23.
  
In each crime, he passed a note to a teller, and threatened to have a weapon. He fled with cash.
