All-Clear Given After Bomb Threat Forces Train Evacuation

Police gave the all-clear after a bomb threat forced the evacuation of an Amtrak train in Fullerton on Sunday night, officials said.

Police said the train was stopped at a station at 120 E. Santa Fe Ave. following the threat. That's where passengers were stepping off the train.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department bomb squad was called to the scene.

Authorities, along with a K-9, checked nine train cars but nothing was found.

Passengers were moved to another train.
