Car Crashes Into Pedestrians, Building on Hollywood Walk of Fame

The two pedestrians struck were not seriously injured following the alleged DUI crash, fire officials said.

A woman was arrested for felony hit and run and DUI after striking two pedestrians and crashing into a building on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday afternoon, police said. 

The female driver was involved in two crashes, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. 

The woman first struck a vehicle on Hollywood Boulevard and Las Palmas Avenue.

Then, she continued on before crashing into two pedestrians and a building on Hollywood Boulevard and McCadden Place. 

The second crash was reported around 3 p.m. at 6724 Hollywood Blvd. near the Museum of Broken Relationships, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The two pedestrians were not seriously injured. One of the victims was taken to a local hospital in stable condition and the other was treated at the scene for minor bumps and bruises.

The driver was uninjured.
