A cement truck overturned in the center of the Harbor (110) Freeway near downtown Saturday, spilling wet cement over the center divider and closing down both north and southbound lanes.

The crash was reported on the southbound 110 Freeway near Olympic Boulevard at 7:20 a.m., but the upside-down truck spilled diesel fuel and cement onto both sides of the freeway, said California Highway Patrol Officer Krystal Carter.

Fire paramedics were called to the scene, but details on any injuries were not immediately available.

The four left southbound lanes and the three left northbound lanes were closed and expected to be blocked until about 10 a.m.
