A 38-year-old man was arrested on supiscion of sexually assaulting a child at an unlicensed day care facility in Lake Elsinore, police said.
Ebelio DeLeon was taken into custody on July 9 for the sexual assault of a child under the age of 10 at a residence in the 200 block of North Langstaff Street, investigators said.
There may be more victims because the home doubled as a day care facility, investigators said.
