When you're juggling a couple of reality shows and endless red carpet demands, let's face it...

"It's hard to keep up with the Kardashians," said Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian's Mother.

It's even harder for the Kardashians to keep up with each other.

"I know nothing about the Cosmo cover. I don't know," said Jenner.

It turns out the -- arguably -- world's most famous Armenian-American is on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine in Turkey, and she says she didn't know it.

"I shot an international cover shoot for the magazine, and it goes out to different countries, and I don't really have any control over that," said Kardashian. "It's just a little bit of an uncomfortable situation."

Some fellow Armenians felt a little more strongly, speaking out Monday night at the National Armenian Committee of America in Glendale.

They are preparing posters for April 24, the annual day Armenians mark what they call a genocide by the Turks.

"I would hope that it's not a cynical ploy on the part of the editors of the Turkish edition, because they could have chosen to use her at any month, but they chose April," said Rostom Sarkissian, of the Armenian National Committee. "For them to put a Armenian-American genocide descendant on the cover is somewhat disrespectful on the part of Cosmo magazine, and somewhat insensitive on their part."

Cosmopolitan Magazine said it's thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph Kardashian for editions worldwide.

Kardashian stands by her heritage, and her history.

"Anytime we can bring awareness to an issue that we strongly belive in, we gladly do. If anything comes from this I just really hope that the issue is recognized something good can come of raising awareness," said Kardashian.
