A wife found her corn delivery man husband shot dead behind the wheel of a truck in the eastern Antelope Valley Tuesday.
He was found on the 9800 block of East Avenue W-8 in Littlerock at around 8:11 p.m, a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
The victim died at the scene after suffering an apparent gunshot wound to the upper torso. Deputies responded to the shooting after receiving an assault with a deadly weapon call.
His wife told them he had been delivering corn in the area and was late returning home.
There is no suspect information available at this time.
