You can knock down Tommy Lasorda, but he just keeps getting back up again.
The Hall of Fame manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers was hospitalized after a fall in Atlantic City last Saturday.
According to ESPN's Buster Olney, Lasorda required 12 stitches after his fall, but recovered from the incident and was able to return to Dodger Stadium four days later as he watched his beloved boys in blue fall to the Philadelphia Phillies 6-1.
Lasorda—who coined the phrase "Blue Heaven on Earth"—wore a Dodger hat that covered his cut to the game on Wednesday.
Lasorda was spotted by fans in downtown Los Angeles before the game without the hat and a cut/bruise was noticeable on his head.

Later, during the game, Lasorda took photos with fans wearing the hat that covered his injury.

Lasorda was the Dodgers manager for 21 seasons and helped the boys in blue win two World Series titles in 1981 and 1988. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1997.
