Authorities say an undercover narcotics investigation has led to the arrests of more than 20 suspected drug dealers in Rialto.

Police Lt. Joe Cirilo says 25 arrest warrants and five search warrants were issued Friday during a city-wide sweep that ended a three-month probe.

More than 130 officers and six K-9 units from various law enforcement agencies in San Bernardino County assisted Rialto police.

Cirilo says undercover officers began buying drugs from suspects in the Jackson Street area three months ago.

In addition to the drug-related arrests, 40 additional warrants were issued for people who allegedly committed other crimes in the area.
